Boxing Day Hunt, 2006

I decided to go and watch the Fitzwilliam Hunt as it gathered for its Boxing Day meet at the village of Stilton, Cambridgeshire, famous for its cheese.  I didn't go for any political reason, but just to take in the colourful scenes.  I have taken quite a few still photos, and there is a video at the end.  I won't insult your intelligence and add captions, as the pictures speak for themselves.  Also the Hunt Master's speech in the middle of the video will convey what they were doing.  In summary, he said that they were hunting legally, without a fox, the police were there overseeing, and there were no protestors.  One lady had been hurt whilst un-boxing her horse, and they all hung around half an hour while she was taken to hospital, but otherwise it seemed to go smoothly.
